Project Background: In some townships of southwestern Shandong Province, groundwater fluoride levels exceed standards. Traditional water treatment processes struggle to consistently meet drinking water standards, posing a long-term risk to residents' drinking water safety. This project addresses the challenges posed by limited funding and weak operational capabilities in these townships.
Solution Advantages:
Low-Cost Compliance: Utilizing a proprietary adsorption-regeneration defluoridation process, the project eliminates the need for large amounts of chemical reagents, achieving a treatment cost of only 0.3 yuan per ton of water—a 40% reduction compared to traditional defluoridation methods—making it suitable for the financial capacity of townships.
Extremely Simple Operation and Maintenance: The integrated equipment boasts high integration, occupying only 10 square meters. Automatic operation requires no dedicated personnel; ordinary township staff can operate it after one day of training. Annual maintenance costs are less than 3,000 yuan.
Stable Water Quality: The treated effluent consistently maintains fluoride levels below 0.5 mg/L, meeting drinking water standards. The project has already been implemented in 17 townships in Jining, covering a population of over 120,000.
