The patented product "pollution removal filter" independently designed and developed by Qingdao Fangjinlong has completed installation and testing.
Recently, the filtration effect of the original filter of Qingdao Water Group was not ideal, resulting in the blockage of the ultrafiltration equipment, which required shutdown for maintenance, greatly affecting production efficiency. Therefore, our company undertook the filtration equipment transformation project of the plant. Through technical transformation, we realized the two processes of cyclone sand removal and suspended matter interception, and added an automatic cleaning system, which greatly extended the filter cleaning frequency and changed the filter to automatic timed cleaning, replacing the original manual cleaning, and realized the maximum production efficiency.
