It has the characteristics of small addition amount, low cost, good water resistance effect, and convenient use. This product is widely used for high-strength corrugated paper, box board paper, whiteboard paper, cardboard and other paper.

Appearance: Light brown to dark brown Liquid Solid Content: 30 ± 1%

PH value: 2-5 viscosity:<50mpa. s (25 ° C)

Ionic type: cationic solubility: easily soluble in water

3、 Usage:

1. Suggested dosage: 2-4kg/ton of paper.

When using, cool the gelatinized starch solution to below 70 ° C, and continuously add the sizing agent to the pipeline before the glue pump using a metering pump to mix with the starch solution. For high-speed paper machines, adding a static mixer after the glue pump is more conducive to mixing.

4、 Packaging and Storage:

Packaging: 1000kg plastic drum or can be transported by tanker truck or liquid bag.

Store in a cool place (0-30 ° C), avoid freezing and exposure to sunlight.

Storage period: 6 months.                       

5、 Attention:

1. Avoid mixing with starch solution too early or for a long time.

2. After gluing, a temperature of ≥ 105 ℃ in the drying cylinder is more conducive to the gluing effect.
