Product Introduction

The main mechanism of action of this product is that the cations adsorb negatively charged bacteria through electrostatic forces, hydrogen bonds, and hydrophobic interactions between surfactant molecules and protein molecules. These bacteria aggregate on the cell wall, creating a compartmentalization effect that inhibits bacterial growth and leads to bacterial death. At the same time, its hydrophobic alkyl groups can also interact with the hydrophilic groups of bacteria, altering membrane permeability and subsequently causing cell lysis, destroying cell structure, and leading to cell dissolution and death.

It can be widely used in many fields such as pulp and paper coatings in the paper industry; interior and exterior wall coatings; sewage treatment; industrial circulating cooling water systems; and textile industry.

Performance  characteristics

1. Broad-spectrum, compatible with any papermaking chemicals, fast-acting and long-lasting SHA bacteria, algae killer;

2. Unaffected by pH changes, easy to use, has a strong peeling effect on the mucus layer, stable chemical properties, and good dispersing and corrosion inhibiting effects;

3. It is green and environmentally friendly; its decomposition products do not pollute the environment or corrode equipment.

Usage  method

The general dosage of this product is 100-200g/ton of oven-dry slurry, and the dosage as a slime stripper is 50-150g/L. It can be added at locations with fast flow and easy mixing, such as white water tanks or white water buckets under the net. For first-time use, the slurry tank, pipelines, and delivery system must be thoroughly cleaned.

Packaging  storage

Packaging: Packaged in 25kg, 50kg, 200kg, and 1000kg plastic drums;

Storage: This product should be stored in a cool, dry place away from light.

Storage: 6 months.
