JHD-6400 oil repellent

Product Introduction

JHD-6400 is a water-based fluorine free high-temperature resistant oil repellent that can completely replace traditional fluorinated oil repellent products. It has strong ability to bond with fibers, thereby endowing pulp molding and paper and paperboard products with excellent oil repellent performance. The pulp molded products processed by it can effectively prevent the penetration of vegetable oil and adapt to temperatures of 70-80 ° C. Products produced by adding 6400 can be recycled and repurposed, with significant economic benefits.

Performance Characteristics

1) Strong adhesion to fibers and wide adaptability to pH values

2) The product has low viscosity and is easy to use. It can be directly added to the slurry without the need for mechanical equipment

3) It has excellent heat resistance and oil penetration resistance on molded fiber products and paper products, and the products do not yellow.

Product Application

6400 is suitable for pulp molding and adding to paper and cardboard pulp. It can be directly added to the slurry and stirred evenly for use. It is recommended to add 2-5% or use it in combination with 106 waterproofing agent to give the product better water resistance. It is recommended to conduct laboratory trials before application to determine the optimal application conditions for ZUI.

Packaging storage

Packaging: Packaged in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums;

Storage: Store in a sealed environment at temperatures between 0-35 ℃, avoiding direct sunlight and freezing;

Shelf life: 6 months.
