Product Introduction
JH-701 water-resistant agent features high resin content, good stability, good water solubility, and ease of use. It is used on high-concentration doctor blade or air knife coating machines. This product is a specialized additive that imparts excellent wet strength, dry strength, and wet friction properties to coated paper, white cardboard, and other papers. It can be widely used in coatings for printing paper, white cardboard, and linerboard. It has excellent cross-linking and compatibility with the adhesive and starch in the coating, without causing thickening, flocculation, or foaming. It gives the coating good flow stability and chemical stability. It can also be used for surface sizing of high-density paper and as a dry and wet strengthening agent for paper sheets. It can be added directly to the material and is easily dispersed, making it convenient to use.
Use Method
1. Addition Location: Paint mixer
2. Addition Method: Add directly to the preparation tank during paint preparation and stir until homogeneous.
3. Dosage: 0.3-0.5% (pigment content)
4. Precautions: Do not add too early to prevent premature reaction between the product and the paint adhesive, which may affect flowability or cause flocculation.
Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums.
Shelf Life: Six months.
