Product Introduction
This product is a water-soluble polyoxyethylene wax organic lubricant with low viscosity and excellent lubrication properties. Applied to latex-based coatings, it improves coating performance and enhances paper coating properties.
Product Use
1. Improves the flow and leveling properties of coatings, resulting in a smooth and even application.
2. After drying, it prevents cracking, improves appearance quality and printability, and enhances gloss, smoothness, and gives paper a smooth feel.
3. It has minimal impact on the viscosity of most coatings, thereby reducing equipment load, minimizing wear on coating blades, and extending blade life.
Usage Method
The recommended dosage is 0.2-0.5 parts. The product can be added during coating preparation.
Packaging and Storage
Packaged in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and freezing. Store in a cool, ventilated place.
Shelf Life: 6 months.
