Product Introduction
This product is a sodium polyacrylate dispersant. Its characteristics include a wide range of applications, good heat resistance, miscibility, viscosity stability, good gloss retention, low foaming, non-toxicity, non-corrosiveness, and no special odor. It is used as a dispersant for various pigments in paper coatings.
Product Use
1. Reduces coating viscosity and increases coating content;
2. Ensures stable dispersion of pigments without stratification or re-tackiness;
3. Improves coating dispersion rate, saving time and energy;
4. Exhibits excellent stability and good compatibility with other chemicals.
Usage Method
1. Recommended dosage: 0.1-0.3% of the pigment's oven-dry weight.
2. The pH value needs to be stabilized after dispersion.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 200kg and 1200kg plastic drums;
Storage: Store at room temperature (4-30℃ in a cool, dark place);
Shelf life: 6 months.
