Product Introduction
The D-series products are new products upgraded by the company. They adsorb and combine with pulp fibers more quickly. This product forms a complex network of ionic bonds through the combination of ions, which improves the bonding strength between fibers. At the same time, it effectively improves various physical properties of paper such as burst strength, folding endurance, tensile strength, and ring crush strength. The product is widely used in the papermaking of linerboard, yarn tube paper, cardboard, specialty paper, cultural paper and other types of paper.
Use method
1. Recommended dosage: 6-20 kg/t of paper; this can be adjusted according to the paper type.
2. Dilute with water, typically 10-40 times. Add water first, then slowly and gradually add the product while stirring. Continuous addition requires dedicated dilution equipment connected to the addition point.
3. It is recommended to add the product via the inlet pipe of the pre-paper pump for continuous dilution.
Packaging storage
This product is packaged in 1000kg plastic drums or transported in stainless steel tank trucks; store in a cool, ventilated place; shelf life: 6 months.
