Product introduction
JH-1217 stiffening agent can be directly and effectively adsorbed onto pulp fibers, forming ionic bonds through ion-to-ion bonding, thereby increasing the bonding strength between fibers and effectively improving the stiffness, tensile strength, burst strength, and other physical properties of paper and paper products.
This product is widely used in specialty paper, shoe material paper, packaging paper, corrugated paper, cultural paper, household paper, and other paper products.
Usage and precautions
1. Recommended dosage: 5-10 kg; the dosage can be adjusted according to needs.
2. When diluting the product, please use clean water, generally at a ratio of 10-30 times. Slowly add the product while stirring (the product has high viscosity, do not pour it all in at once). After the hardening agent is completely dissolved and diluted, add the remaining water.
3. Add the product intermittently or continuously where it can be fully mixed with the slurry. Generally, it is added at the inlet of the pre-pump, the high-level tank, or the inlet of the slurry pump.
Packaging storage
Packaging: This product is packaged in 50kg and 1000kg plastic drums.
Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated place. Shelf life: 6 months.
