Product Introduction
This product is composed of a variety of polymer raw materials. After dissolving, it can be quickly adsorbed to the pulp fiber, significantly improving the bonding strength between fibers, thereby effectively improving the paper's tensile strength, stiffness, ring pressure strength, pressure resistance, bursting resistance, improving retention rate, improving water filtration performance and other physical objectives. The economic benefits are very significant. It is widely used in the papermaking of cardboard, cardboard, corrugated paper, yarn tube paper, mortar board, special paper and other papers.
Use method
1.Recommended dosage. 1 to 3 kg/ton of paper, the dosage can also be increased or decreased appropriately according to the needs of the paper type.
2. Dissolve the product in water according to 1 to 2‰. Add the product slowly while stirring (the product has high viscosity, do not pour it all at once). After it is completely dissolved and diluted, add the remaining water.
3. The location for online continuous addition should be selected where it can be fully mixed with the slurry. Generally, it should be added before the feeding pump and before the outlet pump of the front tank.
Packaging storage
Packed in 25kg paper-plastic bags. Store in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Storage period: 12 months.
