Product introduction
This product is a polyamide epichlorohydrin polymer, which can quickly and effectively absorb and bind to pulp fibers, and undergo a thermosetting reaction in the dryer part of the paper machine to produce a strong chemical bond, thereby giving the paper the wet drying properties required. This product is suitable for a wide range of pH values and is cured quickly after off-machine processing.
It can be widely used in raw paper, decorative base paper, paper base paper, ground paper, food packaging paper, fruit bag paper, medical paper, special paper and other paper types that require wet properties.
Use method
1. The general dosage is: 5-30kg/ton absolutely dry. (Add as appropriate according to paper requirements)
2. Use a metering pump to continuously add the diluted wet strength agent into the high-level box and mix with the slurry.
3. This product has an H value of 6 in medium alkalinity (). It has high reactivity under S-80) conditions, so it has good effect under medium and alkaline papermaking conditions.
Packaging storage
Packaging: Packed in 200kg or 1000kg plastic drums, or according to user requirements;
Storage: Store in a cool and ventilated place; Storage period: 6 months.
