Product Introduction
This product is a quaternary ammonium salt high-molecular-weight cationic copolymer produced using imported raw materials and advanced foreign technology. It is widely applicable to various types of paper produced from various pulps.
Performance Characteristics
1. Significantly improves the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, reducing pulp consumption.
2. Significantly reduces white water concentration under the wire, minimizing the loss of fine fibers and fillers, and reducing white water contamination load.
3. Improves water permeability, increases wet strength, and facilitates increased paper machine speed and output.
4. Has no irritating odor and maintains good fluidity even at low temperatures.
Usage Method
1. Dosage: 0.2-0.8 kg/ton of paper (adjust dosage according to different raw materials and process requirements).
2. After adding clean water to the dilution tank, start stirring and slowly add this additive, mixing thoroughly at a rate of 2-5 kg of retention aid per cubic meter of water.
3. Stir for at least 30 minutes, then continuously add to the papermaking system via a metering pump and filter.
Packaging and Storage
Packaged in 50kg, 200kg, and 1000kg plastic drums; packaging can also be customized according to customer requirements.
Store in a cool, ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and freezing.
Shelf life: 6 months.
