Product Introduction

JHWB-1319 is a new generation product developed and manufactured by our company. Its unique bridged molecular structure enables sludge to generate high-molecular-weight cationic branches, which rapidly combine and adsorb with pulp. The resulting cationic flocculent quickly fills the gaps between coarse fibers, giving it strong affinity and generating new reactions. This enhances the mixing and blending of sludge and pulp, ensuring the sludge is evenly distributed within the pulp. This significantly improves paper sheet uniformity, increases paper strength, enhances filtration performance, extends felt life, increases production efficiency, and reduces the environmental pressure on wastewater treatment.

Performance Characteristics

1. Significantly improves the retention rate of sludge, fine fibers, and fillers, reducing costs.

2. Effectively improves the odor caused by sludge in paper, improving paper quality and increasing production efficiency.

Usage Method

1. Addition Method: After online dilution using a metering pump, continuously add it after the sludge addition pump. The initial dosage is 2-3 kg/ton of paper, which can be gradually adjusted according to changes in sludge concentration and indicators.

2. Sludge addition location: Pre-sludge tank or pre-sludge pump inlet.

3. Sludge addition range: 10-50 kg/T of paper.

Packaging and storage:

Packaging: 50 kg or 1000 kg plastic drums or transported by tanker truck.

Storage: Store at 0-30℃. It is recommended to use within 3-5 days after opening.

Shelf life: 3 months.
