Product Introduction

This series of products has excellent retention effects on fine fibers and fillers, improving paper uniformity and physical properties, enhancing filtration, reducing paper machine dewatering energy consumption, reducing white water concentration, increasing raw material yield, improving wet end retention, and reducing costs.

Main Purpose

Suitable for retention and filtration of various types of paper. It can be used as a single polymer, dual polymer, or particulate retention aid, and also as a flocculant to enhance paper machine and white water recovery efficiency. It can be used under a wide range of pH conditions.

Dissolution Method

1. Stir at 30-50 rpm during dissolution. Add the product through a 60-mesh filter to prevent undissolved paste from entering the paper machine and affecting the quality of the finished paper. In summer when water temperature is high, stir for about 1 hour; in winter when water temperature is low, stir for about 1.5 hours.

2. It is recommended to use stainless steel, polyethylene, or ceramic glass for dissolution and storage tanks. Do not use iron, copper, or aluminum for storage tanks or stirring equipment, as iron ions will degrade the polymer and reduce the retention effect.

Use Method

Recommended Dosage: 100-300g/t paper

Recommended Dilution Concentration: 0.02-0.05%

Recommended Storage Time After Dilution: 1-2 days

Addition Location: After the pressure screen or in the pipe from the high-level tank to the headbox.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 25kg moisture-proof bags.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
