Product Introduction

MX-W8503 is a water-soluble polymer. Due to the presence of a certain number of polar groups in its molecular chain, it can adsorb suspended solid particles in water, bridging the particles or neutralizing their charges to form large flocs. Therefore, it accelerates the sedimentation of particles in suspension, significantly speeding up solution clarification and promoting filtration.

Performance Characteristics

1. Excellent water solubility; completely soluble even in cold water.

2. Adding a small amount of this water treatment agent can achieve a significant flocculation effect. Typical dosage: 100-300g.

3. The aqueous solution possesses properties such as flocculant, thickener, shear strength, drag reduction, and dispersant.

Its molecules contain active groups that, after adsorption at the interface, alter the interfacial state. It forms hydrogen bonds with many substances through affinity and adsorption, bridging adsorbed particles in water treatment, connecting several or even dozens of particles together. This promotes the aggregation of colloidal particles into large flocs, accelerating the sedimentation of particles in the suspension, speeding up solution clarification, and promoting filtration.

4. Using MX-W8503 in conjunction with inorganic flocculants (polyferric sulfate, polyaluminum chloride, iron salts, etc.) can demonstrate even better results.

Usage Method

Dissolve a 0.1-0.2% concentration in clean water in a dissolving tank for approximately 60 minutes. It can be used in conjunction with PAC for wastewater settling or alone for sludge dewatering. Cationic flocculants are generally used for sludge dewatering.

Application

Mainly used for flocculation and sedimentation clarification of various industrial wastewaters, such as wastewater from chemical plants, paper mills, steel mills, electroplating plants, metallurgical plants, coal washing plants, etc.; sludge dewatering; slaughterhouse wastewater; aquaculture wastewater; and can also be used for drinking water clarification and purification.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 25kg, 50kg, 1000kg bags or as per customer requirements;

Storage: Store in a sealed, cool, and dry place to prevent moisture absorption;

Shelf life: 12 months.
