Product Introduction
JH-1518 is produced using high-quality rosin resin and emulsifiers through advanced high-pressure homogenization technology. It features small particle size, good stability, and self-retention to the pulp, imparting water resistance to paper. It has low dependence on aluminum sulfate, requires less sizing agent, and produces durable, high-strength paper. It eliminates sizing obstacles in summer and improves the stability of paper machine operation.
Usage Method
This product can be used directly or diluted 3-5 times with water. It is recommended to add it before the pulp pump using a metering pump, with a recommended addition rate of 0.3%-3%. Retention agents such as aluminum sulfate can be added at the same location or to the mixing tank or pulp tank of the paper machine. The suitable system pH should be controlled between 5-6.5.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: Packaged in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums;
Storage: This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place, protected from freezing and direct sunlight;
Shelf Life: 6 months.
