Product Introduction

This product's main components are synthetic wax, natural wax, imported synergists, and anionic polymers, supplemented with other effective ingredients. It is used for intra-sizing or surface coating of papers such as fruit bag paper. After use, the sizing degree and softness of the paper are significantly improved, with a soft and natural gloss, a smooth feel, and significantly improved water resistance.

Main Purpose

This product can be widely used in various types of paper and paperboard, including fruit bag paper, printing and packaging paper, writing paper, food packaging paper, and cable packaging paper. It is generally used as an intra-sizing additive and surface coating for papers such as fruit bag paper, usually in combination with rosin gum, and can also be used in combination with neutral sizing agents for neutral sizing.

Usage Method

When used as an intra-sizing additive, the dosage is 0.8-1.2% of this product, 0.8% of rosin gum, and 4% of aluminum sulfate. The pulp pH should be 4.5-5.0, and the pre-wire pH should be below 5.5.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: Packaged in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums;

Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated place;

Shelf life: 3 months.
