JH-1218 Cationic Wax Emulsion

Product Introduction

This product's main components are synthetic wax, natural wax, and cationic polymers polymerized through a special process. It is used for internal sizing, significantly improving the sizing degree and softness of paper after use, resulting in a soft, natural luster, a smooth feel, and noticeably improved water resistance.

Main Purpose

This product can be widely used in various types of paper and paperboard, such as bag paper, printing and packaging paper, writing paper, food packaging paper, and cable packaging paper. It is generally used as an internal additive, but can also be used in combination with rosin and neutral sizing agents.

Usage Method

When used as an internal additive, the dosage is 0.8-1.2% of this product, 0.8% of rosin, and 4% of aluminum sulfate, based on oven-dry pulp. The pulp pH should be 4.5-5.0.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums;

Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated place;

Shelf Life: 3 months.
