Product Introduction
This product is manufactured using advanced production technology and high-quality rosin, combined with a high-efficiency emulsifier, through a high-temperature, normal-pressure reversible process. It exhibits high free dispersibility and good stability, imparting high water resistance to paper and significantly improving other physical properties.
Usage Method
1. If using intermittent sizing, dilute this product 10-20 times with cold water, add it to the pulp, mix thoroughly, and then use. Alternatively, a metering pump can be used for continuous addition; the recommended addition amount is 0.5%-3%. For continuous addition, dilution is not necessary.
2. The recommended ratio of this product to aluminum sulfate is 1:3. During addition, an interval of at least 20 minutes between the two is recommended. The suitable system pH is 4-6. Before use, filter the product through an 80-100 mesh screen to prevent paper defects.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: Packaged in 50kg, 200kg, and 1000kg plastic drums;
Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated place;
Shelf Life: 3 months.
