Product Introduction

JH-WH3364 is a new product developed for cultural paper, specialty paper, and paper requiring improved surface strength and high water resistance. This product is polymerized from various high-molecular raw materials, featuring low dosage, excellent effect, and ease of use. It significantly improves the surface strength and water resistance of paper sheets. The increased surface strength allows for a suitable increase in filler dosage, reducing costs.

Performance Characteristics

1. Significantly improves the surface strength and water resistance of paper sheets, enhancing product quality; can reduce or replace the amount of AKD sizing agent used in pulp, cleaning the system and reducing costs.

2. Reduces lint and dust during printing, improves the printability of paper, resulting in clear images, vibrant colors, and strong three-dimensionality in printed materials.

3. Possesses excellent mechanical stability and is less prone to bubble formation during operation.

Usage Method

1. Recommended dosage: 2-5 kg/ton of paper.

2. When using, cool the gelatinized starch solution to below 70°C. Connect the metering pump to the inlet pipe of the sizing pump on the sizing machine and continuously add the sizing agent. For high-speed paper machines, adding a static mixer after the sizing pump will further facilitate mixing.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 1000kg plastic drums; packaging can also be customized according to customer requirements.

Store in a cool place (0-35°C), avoid freezing and direct sunlight.

Shelf life: 3 months.
