Product Introduction

This product is polymerized from high-quality wax powder, accelerators, emulsifiers, and stabilizers, and is widely pplicable to various pulp-based paper products, including cultural paper, packaging paper, cardboard, and specialty paper.

Prformance Characteristics

1. Can completely or partially replace in-sizing agents, exhibiting excellent water resistance.

2. Significantly improves the surface printing strength of paper, shortens curing time, and reduces production costs.

3. Possesses excellent mechanical stability and generates few bubbles during operation.

Usage Method

1. Recommended dosage: 3-8 kg/t of paper.

2. When using, cool the gelatinized starch sizing solution to below 65℃, and continuously add the sizing agent through the inlet pipe of the sizing pump using a metering pump. For high-speed paper machines, a static mixer can be added after the sizing pump for better mixing.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 200kg, 1000kg plastic drums or as per customer requirements.

Storage: Store in a cool, dark place (4-30℃), avoiding freezing and direct sunlight.

Shelf life: Three months.

Matters needing attention:

1. Avoid mixing with starch solution too early or for too long;

2. The temperature of the starch solution should not exceed 65℃, as excessively high temperatures will affect the sizing effect.
