Product Introduction
This product is polymerized from a new type of high-molecular emulsifier and high-quality wax powder, featuring rapid curing, good stability, long shelf life, and superior sizing and water resistance. It is widely applicable to various paper types, including cultural paper, packaging paper, specialty paper, and pulp molds.
Performance Characteristics
1. This product imparts high water resistance to paper and improves its gloss.
2. It increases the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers, reduces pulp consumption, and lowers costs.
3. It simplifies the sizing process, avoids papermaking obstacles, and accelerates curing.
4. It promotes neutral papermaking and extends equipment lifespan.
Usage Method
1. This product can be used within a wide pH range (6-9) and is suitable for various types of pulp.
2. Adding an appropriate amount of anion exchange scavenger when using waste paper pulp will enhance the effect.
3. The recommended dosage is 5-15 kg, usually added continuously using a metering pump at the mixing tank or blending tank.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: This product is packaged in 200kg or 1000kg plastic drums, or according to customer requirements.
Storage: Store in a cool place (4-30℃), do not freeze or expose to direct sunlight.
Shelf Life: 3 months.
