Performance Characteristics
This product can be added directly to the synthesis process of the product, or added to the emulsion in a certain proportion. For papermaking systems with heavy anionic waste, the dosage can be adjusted appropriately. As a slurry potential balancing agent, it plays a dual role in enhancing sizing efficiency and accelerating maturation, improving the stability of neutral sizing agents, limiting the hydrolysis and migration tendency of AKD, protecting the AKD emulsion, and accelerating the maturation of AKD.
Usage Method
1. Add 10-25 kg of 5020A high-molecular-weight emulsifier per ton of AKD emulsion.
2. Adding this product can extend the quality stability and shelf life of the AKD emulsion.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 50kg or 1000kg plastic drums;
Storage: Store in a cool, ventilated place;
Shelf Life: 12 months.
