JH-611 Cationic Surface Sizing Agent Series

Product Introduction

This product is a copolymer of various monomers and polymer raw materials, which can effectively combine with starch, giving the starch coating good cross-linking strength and hydrophobic film-forming properties. It features low dosage, low cost, excellent water resistance, and ease of use, and is widely applicable to high-strength corrugated paper, linerboard, whiteboard paper, cardboard, and other paper products.

Performance Characteristics

1. Significantly improves the high water resistance and ring crush strength of corrugated paper, linerboard, and other paper products;

2. Can completely replace in-sizing agents, with no curing period and less susceptibility to moisture absorption;

3. Can be used in conjunction with native starch to reduce sizing costs;

4. Has excellent mechanical stability and produces fewer bubbles during operation.

Usage Method

1. Recommended dosage: 2-4 kg/ton of paper.

2. When using, cool the gelatinized starch solution to below 70℃, then continuously add the sizing agent to the pipeline before the sizing pump using a metering pump to mix with the starch solution. For high-speed paper machines, a static mixer can be added after the sizing pump for better mixing. 

Packaging and Storage

1. Avoid mixing with starch solution too early or for too long.

2. A drying cylinder temperature ≥105℃ after sizing is more conducive to sizing effect.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 1000kg plastic drums or tank trucks and liquid bags are acceptable for transportation.

Storage: Store in a cool place (0-30℃), avoid freezing and direct sunlight.

Shelf life: 6 months.
