Product Introduction
This product is formulated with a mixture of various cationic materials, completely replacing surface and in-pulp liquid sizing agents. It is simple and convenient to use, improves the surface strength of paper, and provides excellent water resistance. It is odorless and does not cause moisture absorption. This product is suitable for high-strength corrugated paper, linerboard, etc.
Performance Characteristics
1. Significantly improves the water resistance of paper, odorless, does not cause moisture absorption, reduces starch usage, and lowers production costs.
2. Partially or completely replaces liquid sizing agents and has excellent mechanical stability.
Usage Method
Dissolve the starch at the same concentration as the sizing starch. After starch gelatinization, add it to the starch sizing solution tank, or cook it together with a suitable viscosity reducer at a ratio of 10%-25% of the starch content. The actual amount added should be adjusted according to the paper's required specifications.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: Packaged in 25kg, 50kg, and 1000kg woven plastic bags;
Storage: Store in a cool place, avoiding exposure to sunlight and moisture.
Shelf Life: 6 months.
